"Invincible Summer" Series: Boundaries and Transitions
Join us this summer for a creative and supportive therapy group series designed to explore the essential themes of Boundaries and Transitions through art-making, discussion, and connection.
Led by Art Psychotherapist, Erin V. Jacobsen, MA ATR-BC LCAT, each group includes research-backed information, tips and tricks, hands-on creative projects, guided exploration, and open studio time for further reflection and creation.
Boundaries Group Series
June 23 – August 18 | Mondays, 10:30 AM – 12:00 Noon
followed by a BYO Lunch Break and Open Studio Time: 12:30 – 1:30 PM
Explore how to set, maintain, and understand boundaries in your daily life. Each group includes an art therapy directive to help deepen self-awareness and personal growth.

Teen Open Studio (Ages 13–17) **
July 21 & August 11 | Mondays, 6:00 – 8:00 PM
An open creative space for teens to express themselves freely using a variety of materials. Come and go as you like — finish past projects or start something new!
Transitions Group Series
July 8 – August 19 | Tuesdays, 12:30 – 2:00 PM
followed by Open Studio Time: 2:00 – 3:00 PM
Life is full of changes — this series offers space to process and prepare for transitions big and small, with art therapy directives tailored to each theme.

** These groups are geared towards tweens & teens.
The others are for adults.
Please note: No formal instruction or therapeutic intervention will be provided during Open Studios.This is time to continue group directives or to create whatever you wish!

20% discount if you register for 2 or more groups: $40 each group

Groups are limited to 8 participants for an intimate, focused experience

A Minimum of 3 participants are required for a group to take place.
You will be notified & reimbursed if the group is canceled for any reason.
All materials provided. No prior art experience needed!
